      EDUCATION

Christine works closely with her clients to assist them in obtaining the desired results in their workers’ compensation claims, including getting injured employees back to work, reduction, suspension, and termination of employees’ workers’ compensation benefits, or denial of claims. She obtains and thoroughly reviews medical records, conducts social media searches, and utilizes surveillance to undermine the credibility of claimants and their medical experts, which has often exposed fraud, exaggeration, and unreasonable and unnecessary medical treatment. Christine has negotiated settlements which have resulted in significant savings for her clients.

Before joining the team at Chartwell Law, Christine worked for law firms and insurance companies as an attorney, where she litigated various medical malpractice, automobile, general liability, and workers’ compensation matters. Due to her background and experience in other law firms and insurance companies, Christine is devoted her practice to handling workers’ compensation matters.

While in law school, Christine worked as a legal intern in the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office where she appeared in district courts representing and arguing on behalf of the Commonwealth at preliminary hearings in various criminal matters.

In her free time, Christine enjoys running, and has completed a marathon, several half-marathons and other races. She also enjoys watching her three busy teenagers play lacrosse, basketball and field hockey for their school and club teams.
