  Overview

    Angelique is a seasoned litigator who defends employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including class and collective actions.

    She serves as the Office Head of both the Tampa and Port St. Lucie offices, and represents clients in disputes involving the FLSA, Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and FMLA. Angelique brings strategic insight and steady leadership to complex litigation, helping employers manage risk while navigating evolving legal demands.

    She regularly defends employers before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), and state-level enforcement agencies. Her broad-based experience enables her to guide clients through regulatory investigations, compliance issues, and day-to-day personnel decisions with practical, business-focused advice.

      Angelique also counsels companies on a full range of employee relations matters, including workplace policies, compliance strategies, and effective workforce management. Her approach is collaborative and solutions-oriented, helping clients maintain compliant and engaged workplaces.

      In addition to her legal practice, Angelique has been a dedicated contributor to the human resources community. She previously served as President of HR Martin County, demonstrating her commitment to fostering strong HR and legal partnerships that support healthy organizational cultures.
